Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Ocully handles billing questions and refund requests for paid subscriptions and other digital services.

1. Service Description

Ocully is an AI-powered chart analysis platform. After successful payment, users receive access to subscription features such as AI chart analysis, news impact alerts, AI assistant access, trade history, and journaling tools.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing cycle you select at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions may renew automatically as described during purchase.

3. Digital Service Delivery

Ocully is a digital SaaS product. Access to paid features is delivered immediately after successful payment or account activation.

4. Refund Requests

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact support and include your account email, payment date, and a brief reason for the request.

5. When Refunds May Be Reviewed

Refund requests may be reviewed in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charge
  • Billing error
  • Payment completed but access was not activated
  • A confirmed technical issue on Ocully’s side that prevented use of the paid service

6. When Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds may not be available in situations such as:

  • The subscription period has already been used
  • You disagree with an AI-generated analysis
  • You experienced a trading loss or unfavorable market outcome
  • You expected a guaranteed result
  • You forgot to cancel before renewal
  • Your account was suspended for abuse or a violation of the Terms

Refunds are not issued based on trading outcomes, market losses, or disagreement with an AI-generated analysis.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Technical Issues

If a confirmed technical issue prevents access to paid features, Ocully may review the issue and may offer a refund, account credit, or another reasonable resolution.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Ocully does not store full card details or sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can review and help resolve the issue. Chargeback abuse may result in account restrictions.

11. Policy Changes

Ocully may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means acceptance of the updated policy.
